We had a customer reach out because their HVAC system was short cycling and they were concerned it was due to low refrigerant levels - a diagnosis given by another company. However, upon our inspection, we discovered that the culprit was a failed temperature sensor causing the electronic expansion valve to close. We swiftly replaced the sensor and gave the system a comprehensive run-through. Everything seemed to work perfectly, leaving the homeowner worry-free in a comfy home. The key to our success? Accurate assessments and appropriate solutions.

Just wrapped up a service call with a customer who was dealing with a no-heat situation. They gave us a ring and we were able to figure out that their thermostat had no display despite having 24v. We solved this by swapping the old thermostat with a fresh one and testing the system in heat mode. To our delight, the system kicked on and began working properly. But that's not all, we also noticed the airhandler didn't have a filter, so a new 20x25x4 filter was easily added into the mix. Now, the system is finally heating properly.

Today, one of our customers called us out due to their HVAC system failing to heat their home. We did a thorough examination and noticed that the blower motor wasn't running although it was getting all the power it needed. After tightening all of the connections we managed to get the blower motor working, however, the connection was still loose. We decided the best way forward was to replace the blower motor since it has a high risk of falling again. Without wasting any time we ordered a new one & set up a return trip to change it out. Thankfully, we got their system up and running for the time being, but we will return soon to make the repair that will result in permanent solution for our customer.

We stopped by a customer's home today who was having problems with their heating system. Taking a look at their outdoor unit, we could see it was considerably dirty. In our efforts to restore the system to full function, we quickly realized that a thorough cleaning was the first vital step. So, using our professional cleaning products and tools, we spent time giving the unit a comprehensive wash-down. We got a call from a distressed homeowner having trouble with their AC system. We arrived to look into the issue and figured that two dirty filters in different parts of the system were causing trouble. After some tests, we noticed the actual issue was the system was low on refrigerant. With the help of our field piece leak detector, we located a leak at the evaporator coil. We checked the warranties and figured that changing the AirHandler was the best solution. We'll order the parts and return to replace it soon. Problem sorted!

Today a customer called us in a bit of a pickle, their cooling system was refusing to chill out, we promptly shuffled over to check it out. We discovered that the compressor wasn't firing up, and after investigating, we found the culprit. A burnt-out, disconnected common wire at the capacitor. Thankfully, the capacitor turned out to be intact and functioning, saving the customer a heap of trouble. We cleaned-up the wire, added a new spade, and freshly reconnected wire, we tested the system and, voila, the compressor whirled to life. We made sure not to leave any stone unturned, testing it in both heating and cooling modes all running like a dream. The system is back on track, keeping things cozy or cool as needed.

The customer got in touch with us due to a bothersome noise coming from their return grille. You know, it's all in a day's work for us, going out even for what seems like minor issues, because we believe every comfort matters. We're glad we could solve the issue with a bit of simple fine-tuning. Turns out the problem was nothing major - just required a bit adjustment on the louvres. And hey presto, the noise is completely gone. No problem too small or too big for us to handle, your comfort is our business.
